First Data identified the need to better target potential customers using mobile devices by updating the company web site and primary marketing vehicle,, with a mobile experience. VSA designed a responsive site that could work across desktop and mobile platforms, while establishing patterns that could be leveraged for future First Data digital properties.

Launching the Clover Station

VSA helped launch the latest tool for accepting payments and managing small businesses–Clover Station. VSA defined the product positioning, messaging and look, tone and feel for a suite of sales collateral and marketing materials.

Small Merchant Business Campaign

First Data came to VSA to introduce a new set of solutions for small merchant businesses that enable business owners to interact with customers in remarkable and connected ways. VSA worked directly with First Data product development and marketing teams to position the new offering. Through a blend of traditional and non-traditional sales enablement and marketing tools, VSA brought a cohesion to the product strategy and compelling campaign.

The First Data small merchant business microsite was designed and developed by VSA to connect small merchant businesses directly with First Data. Sales Enablement

First Data asked VSA to help develop tools to educate the internal business consultants on the new small merchant business offering and capabilities. Ever aware of the shift to a digital, mobile world, VSA built an interactive tool that aggregated key content from the overarching campaign into a form that could be integrated into the First Data sales intranet and accessible via a tablet device.
