Kristin Lingren

Kristin oversees and provides guidance on all legal affairs for VSA Partners. Her reputation as a trusted advisor is earned from both her wealth of legal experience and her communication skills—Kristin’s talents as both a deep listener and strong team builder enable her to deftly navigate complex engagements and relationships, and speak clearly to all levels in an organization. Kristin joined VSA as its first in-house counsel, and built the legal department from the ground up to its current invaluable role as trusted advisor to business teams and management in day-to-day business operations. Her focus includes intellectual property and related counseling involving brand identity, copyrights, trademarks and advertising; commercial contracts; and risk management in many forms.
