VSA Partners adds major creative talent with the hiring of Bob Winter, former Executive Creative Director of Crispin Porter + Bogusky’s Miami office. Winter becomes Partner and ECD at VSA, joining Partners William Rosen, who leads consumer marketing, and Patrick Palmer, who oversees strategy and analytics.
“We’ve been building a best-in-class team to connect digital, design, advertising and data in new and innovative ways that drive results for our clients,” said Rosen. “Bob Winter is precisely the kind of industry-leading creative talent who will continue to push us forward.”
Recognized as one of the most awarded creative directors and copywriters in the business, Winter has worked on top brands including Budweiser, Bud Light, Altoids, McDonald’s, Craftsman, Greenpeace and Best Buy with agencies including CP+B, DDB, Goodby Silverstein and Partners, Leo Burnett and Y&R. He is the creator of Bud Light’s “Real Men of Genius” campaign, is a frequent award show jury member and recently completed a short film titled Beth about the backstory of the famous KISS song of the same name.
“VSA feels like a new model. Amazing designers and writers, super-smart planners and data scientists, plus genius technologists who can make anything for any channel equals big, beautiful creative that actually works,” said Winter. “When you add in a seriously A-list group of clients, who could say no? Obviously not me.”
VSA CEO Dana Arnett remarked, “The addition of this world-class marketing talent just continues to advance VSA’s legacy of designing powerful, human-centered experiences across channels that are realized to the highest creative and strategic standards. When those dots are effectively connected, clients and consumers always benefit.”
