VSA Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tender Creative, the innovative New York-based digital creative agency.
Tender is a 26-person office with extensive capabilities and a creative culture that closely mirrors VSA’s. The firm’s strong emphasis on digital design and development, coupled with a track record of creating integrated branding solutions for an enviable roster of clients, including Estée Lauder, Fontainebleau Resorts and MoMA, makes the combination a perfect fit. VSA and Tender also share Nike as a client, having collaborated successfully to help reimagine and rebrand Converse nearly eight years ago.
The strategic acquisition reflects VSA’s further expansion and acceleration of digital and brand marketing capabilities. Dana Arnett, CEO of VSA Partners, noted the complementary nature of the acquisition: “As we continue to build and grow a best-in-class privately held agency, this is naturally an exciting moment for VSA. Tender enhances our ability to deliver fully integrated strategic and creative services that very few agencies are able to operationalize in a holistic manner. Having collaborated with Tender over the last decade, we’re looking forward to capitalizing on more opportunities.”
In particular, the combination of VSA and Tender represents a significant commitment to strengthening VSA’s growing presence in New York. Tender’s deeply rooted capability in the market will enhance existing VSA client relationships and foster new business opportunities. Starting today, Tender co-founder Dean Di Simone becomes Partner, Executive Director, of VSA’s New York office. “Our team at Tender has worked closely with VSA at this important inflection point and they truly understand what drives us,” Di Simone said. “We are thrilled and motivated by what we’re building together and look forward to shaping the way people see, think about, interact with and experience brands in bigger and more impactful ways.”
