To establish consistency in every Harley-Davidson dealership, VSA worked with the retail environment group within H-D to establish guidelines for dealer advertising, retail brand applications and space planning.
To provide guidelines and inspiration alike, the guide codified everything about the dealer experience, from the smell of oil to the placement of product and the application of signage, fixtures and merchandising. By developing an easy-to-understand design approach, merchandising strategy and implementation plan, Harley-Davidson helps its dealers manage their showrooms more effectively and profitably.
