The Transformation Strategist is an expert in management consulting and culture building and helps executives to solve some of their most difficult problems — from identifying new sources of revenue and their attendant business models to unlocking the latent potential in their people and cultures.

 

Working closely with members of our creative, strategy and design teams, the Transformation Strategist leads a team of consultants and clients to design business and operating models that help our clients to grow while remaining true to their purpose and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategic conversations with client executives, and contribute to long-term, programmatic relationships.
  • Diagnose the root causes of client challenges, and design custom approaches to solving these challenges
  • Architect the business models, organizational structures and operating models to make new leadership agendas real
  • Articulate persuasive arguments for strategic recommendations
  • Build a team of like-minded professionals, and mentor more junior consultants.
  • Work closely with the Practice Lead to identify and capture new business opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years developing business and transformation strategies
  • Experience and interest in managing and mentoring consultants, as well as contributing thought leadership to the team
  • Bachelor’s degree + MBA
  • Experience in management consulting a must-have. Additional experience in digital/marketing/advertising agencies ideal.
  • Experience working with B2B brands in the technology sector
